View the Database name in RTC

Hi All,

        As we all know working with RTC. Eventhough the difficult part for us is to find in which database we are working. for that there is an option in the RTC.  The following are the steps:

1) Go to Departments module in the RTC.

2)Go to Application setup --> General --> Company Inforamtion

3)You can able to see the System Indicator:

4) Now You can see the options called System Indicator:

            You can also select any one of the options in the list as per you wish. I have chosen only the database name.

5) Followed by you can select the style of the sytem indicator. I have chosen standard.

6) System Indicator Text will shows you the database name with the server name.

7) close the application and open again, you can now view the database name in the Home Page near the actions button.

8) Now the above picture shows you that the database name in the top of every page.

9) You can also defined your own text in the top of the page.

10) The following are the steps for that:

 The system indicator should be "Custom Text"

The style of the system indicator should be as per your wish

The Text of the system indicator contains your text  that you needs in the top of the page.
